5 Step Application Process

Weed control is essential to having the best lawn on the block
We offer a 5 application program to ensure that your lawn is healthy. Our program will continue to feed your lawn throughout the growing season. Each application is about 4-6 weeks apart. The healthier, thicker your lawn is the less likely weeds can begin to grow. After each application, we will leave a small sign in the yard indicating the yard has been treated
and an invoice will be placed on your door. Customers can choose to sign up for the 5 application program or they can choose what specific applications they are interested in. We ask that you stay off the yard until the application is dry which is usually 1-2 hours after the lawn has been treated. For mowing purposes, you should wait 24-48 hours after an application.
5 Step Application Program
Round 1 Early Spring - Features a spring rate liquid fertilizer in conjunction with a crabgrass pre-emergent. Will treat weeds if present.
Round 2 Late Spring - Consists of spraying a selective liquid herbicide over the entire lawn to control broadleaf weeds along with a liquid fertilizer to help stimulate growth.
Round 3 Early Summer - Features a slow release granular fertilizer that will feed your lawn and prepare it for stressful summer conditions. Will treat weeds if present.
Round 4 Late Summer - Slow-release granular fertilizer that focuses on sustaining color during the dog days of summer. Will treat weeds if present.
Round 5 Fall - Consists of a liquid fertilizer intended to stimulate root growth and aid in early spring green up along with a blanket weed control application.
Spring and fall is the best time to apply weed control to your lawn. Weeds are actively growing during these times and you will get the best results by treating your lawn during the spring and fall.
Fertilizing your lawn every 4-6 weeks is best practice. This will ensure your lawn is receiving the right amount of nutrients throughout the entire growing season, thus keeping it healthy.
Waiting 24-48 hours after the application has been applied is best. This will give your lawn enough time to absorb the application.
We ask that you wait until it's dry, which is usually between 1-2 hours.
